The sun sets on several F-14s on the flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) as the crew prepares for the next scheduled flight event. Roosevelt and embarked Carrier Air Wing Eight (CVW-8) are currently on a regularly scheduled deployment conducting maritime security operations.
